Blow air into the radiator until no fluid comes out of the radiator drain. Then blow air into the engine until no coolant comes out of the block drain.

Pressure test the pressure cap, drain coolant from the block and radiator, remove the water pump and inspect for damage. If none found, flush system, r&r the filter and add new coolant
